Find A Coverage is operated by Lead Machine Group LLC ("we," "us"). We help consumers connect with a licensed insurance advisor for health, life, and annuity coverage.
When you contact us or submit a form, we may collect: your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, state of residence, age, approximate household income, coverage interest, and any other details you provide when requesting coverage help.
We use your information to respond to your request, match you with one licensed insurance advisor based on your responses (for example, ACA marketplace vs. private-network options), and communicate with you by phone and email about your request.
When you request coverage help, we sell the information you submit — including the health details you provide — to one licensed insurance agent matched to your needs. That agent is licensed and regulated by the insurance industry, pays us a fee for the referral, and uses your information to contact you, quote, and help you enroll in coverage. That agent may share your information with an insurance carrier in order to process an application on your behalf.
We sell your information to that one matched agent only. We do not resell it, we do not sell it to data brokers, and we do not provide it to anyone for unrelated marketing. We also use service providers (for example, CRM and communications platforms) who are bound to protect it.
You may opt out of phone or email contact, and request access to or deletion of your information, by contacting us at the address below.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information and retain it only as long as needed for the purposes described above or as legally required.
